The Signature Room hosts its annual Air & Water Show Viewing Party on August 18 and August 19. Attendees can take in unrivaled views of the 60th Annual Chicago Air & Water Show and sights of the cityscape while enjoying a gourmet buffet and a premium open bar.  

Buffet items include a mix of brunch and lunch items from Executive Chef Cardel Reid, such as a Build-Your-Own New York Strip Steak Sandwich Station with shaved aged New York Strip Steak, caramelized onions, provolone cheese, giardiniera aioli, French baguettes, and other accoutrements.
