Your journey begins Saturday morning when you meet with Chef Josh to plan your menu for dinner that evening. You will then be escorted in a luxury SUV from the hotel to the Chicago Helicopter Experience helipad. The fun begins when you and your guest hop aboard a 45-minute helicopter ride to Spence Farm where you will meet Farmer Marty and spend two hours picking your own herbs and produce for dinner.
