As Chicago temperatures soar, an Aperol Spritz is the perfect evening drink! The classic cocktail is made by mixing Aperol, prosecco, and seltzer then garnished with a fresh orange slice. In Italy, an aperitivo is not complete without a Spritz.
Every Thursday through July 26, Eataly is throwing the ultimate beach party with their friends at Aperol, complete with a local DJ spinning beachy tunes, $6 Aperol Spritz cocktails, complimentary tastings from the Spritz Cart, and special giveaways (think: Aperol Spritz sunglasses, glassware, and more) in SABBIA. The party is from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., but the Swim-up Spritz bar will serve cocktails all night long.
