Mastro’s Steakhouse hosts Garrison Brothers Bourbon Dinner! Plus, meet the maker, Charlie Garrison for a four-course dinner created by Executive Chef Matt Bedell expertly paired with hand-selected bourbon.
Mastro’s Steakhouse will host a Bourbon Whisky Dinner on Wednesday, July 31 at 7 p.m. featuring Garrison Brothers Distillery. Guests will enjoy a four-course dinner created by Executive Chef Matt Bedell expertly paired with hand-selected bourbon chosen by special guest host and Garrison Brothers owner Charlie Garrison. A portion of the proceeds from each ticket sold will be donated to Team Rubicon as part of the Garrison Brothers’ Good Bourbon for a Good Cause, a public charity founded by the Garrison Family and their staff in 2018.
Menu highlights will include Bourbon and Citrus-Cured Salmon paired with Small Batch Bourbon, Herb-Crusted Sliced NY Strip paired with Single Barrel Bourbon and more. The complete menu and wine pairings are available below.
