The Women’s Board of the Chicago Zoological Society is pleased to host the 18th annual Wines in the Wild fundraiser! The event, themed "Staying Alive!" will occur on September 21st at Brookfield Zoo's Discovery Center from 7:30 PM- 10:00 PM.
Guests have the opportunity to join the Women's Board of the Chicago Zoological Society for their disco, retro themed Wines in the Wild Event. They will sample more than 100 wines and champagnes from around the world accompanied by exquisite hors d’oeuvres. Guests will also be able to purchase individual bottles or cases. Throughout the groovy-filled evening, where shimmering disco balls will be suspended and nightclub music fills the air, there will be a raffle and silent auction featuring fabulous items available for bidding. Guests will be able to attend a special VIP reception beginning at 6:00 p.m. and sample exclusive fine wines as well as visit with some of Brookfield Zoo’s Animal Ambassadors. 10% of all proceeds from wine purchases during the evening will be donated back to Brookfield Zoo in support of their conservation and education programs as well as funding Women’s Board scholarships.
