The evening will present a 4-course, prix-fixe menu curated by Executive Chef Terence Zubieta. Begin with appetizers like the Chicken Liver Mousse with blueberry jam or the Radicchio and Citrus Salad, before indulging in hearty entrées, like the Turbot with roasted vegetables and creamy polenta. For that special holiday touch, cap your meal with the festive dessert station, including the Mont Blanc – a ricotta cheesecake mousse with chestnut crème and nougat snow.
