Beacon Tavern invites you to “guess the grape” at an exclusive wine dinner, Oregon vs. The World, in honor of the arrival of Willamette Valley Wineries Association’s Pinot in the City event.
On Wednesday, May 16, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Executive Chef Bob Broskey will prepare a six-course dinner with blind wine pairings from top Willamette Valley wineries. For each course, Oregon wines will be matched against iconic wines from classic regions from around the world with owners and winemakers discussing the flavor profiles of each wine.
