On March 2, 2018, Executive Chef Sean Murray will host seven recognised chefs for the James Beard Foundation Celebrity Chef Tour at Allium Restaurant inside Four Seasons Hotel Chicago. Murray will cook alongside the following seven local and national chefs as part of the Allium Chef Series:

At 6:30 pm, guests will be welcomed to a "Meet the Chefs" cocktail reception with passed canapés, followed by an eight-course dinner with beverage pairings. From savoury to sweet, each chef will create a course that reflects his or her cooking style.
