Split Rail Chef Zoe Schor will create a family-style dinner in Travelle’s kitchen. The evening begins at 6 p.m. with a cocktail hour meet-and-greet, giving diners the chance to mingle and sip libations.
Following the cocktail hour, the four-course, family-style dinner continues with guests seated at communal tables in Travelle’s elegant wine cellar to witness the chefs working in the glass-enclosed show kitchen side-by-side with Travelle Chef Jeff Vucko.
The meal commences at 7 p.m. with hors d'oeuvres from Travelle and two signature dishes from the visiting chefs. The meal concludes with dessert from Travelle Pastry Sous Chef Danielle Marelli.
Ten percent of the night’s proceeds will go to the charity of Chef Zoe's choice, End the Backlog: a program conducting groundbreaking research identifying the extent of the nation’s rape kit backlog and best practices for eliminating it.
