PALMER SQUARE: Award Winning Spruce Gin added to the classic Iced Tea and Lemonade combination, finished with locally produced orange bitters to balance the sweetness and further elevate the citrus notes. 12% ABV
WHISKEY SOUR: A complex blend of Wheated Whiskey with ginger, lemon, grapefruit, and locally produced orange bitters. Whiskey Sour finishes with vivid tart citrus that dances off the notes of fruit and barrel brought out by the whiskey. 15% ABV
RUM PUNCH: Our unique reimagination of a classic rum punch. Orange and pineapple accompany an infusion of hibiscus and hint of cinnamon to make this a quaffable, fruity delight. 10% ABV
