Kickstart your weekend with a FREE morning workout on Millennium Park's Great Lawn.
The workouts run from May 25th to August 31st and are offered on Saturdays from 7-11 A.M. and on Tuesday and Thursdays from 7:30-8:15 A.M. Each workout is 45 minutes, with classes beginning on the hour, every hour.
Summer Workouts are produced by DCASE with grant support provided by McDonald's Active Lifestyles Endowment, managed by the Millennium Park Foundation.
