Guests looking to up their oyster game can head to Juniper on Tuesday, July 24 at 6 p.m. to learn the art of shucking oysters.
Attendees at the Oyster Shucking Class, led by Chef Felipe Patron, will learn about the flavors of east and west coast oysters and how to properly safely shuck an oyster. The $45/person ticket allots Juniper guests a dozen fresh, assorted oysters and wine pairings. Class attendees who enjoy dinner before or after the class will receive 20% their bill!
