In a collaboration with Pachanka Music Culture, Navy Pier is proud to host a free, public event that celebrates Hispanic Heritage – Raiz Viva. This mini-festival will showcase live music and dance, spoken word and theatre performances, kids’ art workshops, and artists and vendors from Chicago’s vibrant and diverse Spanish-speaking community.Navy Pier honors Hispanic Heritage Month with Raiz Viva, a special celebration of the Hispanic culture. Featured entertainment includes performances by Sones de Mexico, Laura Crotte, Charangueo, Danza Azteca Mexica Nahui Ollin, The Ponderers and MC Luis Tubens – a.k.a Logan Lu, plus art exhibit and live art by Victor M.
