Start with King Crab Saffron Aioli, served with brioche migas, Salmorejo, chervil and preserved lemon; then enjoy Duck, a duck leg with risotto, tropical gastrique and jicama; followed by Gnudi Buffalo Ricotta, with wild mushrooms, butternut squash and basil. Guests will then savor Sea Bass, with honey-ginger glazed carrots, spiced parsnip puree and salmon roe oil; and Wagyu, with truffle potato pavé, peas, heirloom carrots and Espagnole sauce. Save room for the last course, a mouthwatering Black Forest Cake, made with cocoa sponge, sour cherry jam, vanilla beach mousse and kirsch gelee.
Reservations are available starting at 5 p.m. and can be purchased for $270 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) via OpenTable. This price is inclusive of one flute of house champagne or French Bloom Le Rose, an alcohol-free, organic French bubbly option. Guests can also splurge on caviar service and enjoy a 1 oz serving of Osetra for an additional $250.
