Shaw’s Crab House Oyster Fest: Shedd Aquarium Sustainable Seafood Dinner
Shaw’s Crab House is joining forces with Shedd Aquarium to celebrate sustainable seafood with a special five-course dinner on Wednesday, October 10 at 6PM at Shaw’s Crab House (21. E Hubbard St.). Executive Chef Arnie Tellez and Sommelier Steve Tindle are teaming up to a create a menu that showcases our long-standing relationships with the purveyors who have provided the team sustainable seafood and wines for over three decades. Shaw’s is excited to partner with the Shedd Aquarium for this event to celebrate the kick-off of Lettuce Entertain You’s company-wide initiative to go strawless and to officially join the #SheddTheStraw campaign.
This exclusive dinner is part of Shaw’s 30th Annual Oyster Festival, which is being celebrated at Shaw’s Chicago and Shaw’s Schaumburg from October 4 – 12 with all day oyster happy hours, special oyster-centric menus, an oyster roast, live music, pop up .50 oyster hours and much more. The cocktail reception begins at 6PM with the dinner starting promptly at 6:30PM. Dinner is $95 per person plus tax (gratuity not included) and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Shedd Aquarium to support their conservation efforts to protect the health of our lakes, rivers and oceans for the wildlife and people who depend on them.
