Shoreline Sightseeing will run it's award-winning Architecture River Tours for St. Patrick's Day weekend, March 13 through March 15 from two locations, Polk Bros Park at Navy Pier and the northeast corner of the Michigan Avenue Bridge.
Shoreline Sightseeing will run 60-minute ARchitecture River Tours for St. Patrick's Day Weekend from its conveniently located docks at Navy Pier and Michigan Avenue. Shoreline’s expert guides share the inside stories of Chicago’s dramatic rise from the Great Fire of 1871 to become the home of the skyscraper and the birthplace of modern American architecture. Tours include Chicago’s historic architecture as well as the latest news on 21st century Chicago landmarks now under development. Passengers enjoy amazing close-up views and fantastic photo ops of the historic landmark buildings lining the Chicago River.Architecture River Tours are scheduled to depart from Shoreline’s Navy Pier dock each day of St. Patrick’s Day weekend at 10:45 a.m., 12:15 p.m., 1:45 pm and 3:15 p.m. Tours will depart from Shoreline’s Michigan Avenue Bridge dock on Friday and Saturday at 11:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m. , 2:30 p.m., and 4:00 p.m., and on Sunday at 10:45 a.m., 12:15 p.m., 1:45 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. Additional tour times may be added based on weather conditions.
