That's right. On Friday, March 23, we are throwing SpringFest, the spring edition of our biannual all-access party. Did you miss us for SeptemberFest? Get your ticket for this incredible event complete with spring-inspired dishes, refreshing Italian wines, housemade mozzarella and freshly-sliced prosciutto, herb-infused cocktails, live music from Chicago-based La Tosca, and more entertainment. From 7 p.m. to midnight, your $75 ticket gets you complete access to all of Eataly (over 60,000 square feet!).
To get you into the springtime mood, the can't-miss event will also feature a wine bar and tasting experience by Fontanafredda, the Chicago debut of The Great Bitter Bar, freshly-made spritz at our Aperol Spritz cart, a gardening workshop by Modern Sprout, and colorful Vespas provided by Piaggio (read: the perfect Instagram-worthy photo!).
