Join The Poetry Foundation for the world premiere of two compositions that combine poetry and music: "Stein Songs," a song cycle based on the poetry of Gertrude Stein by composer Roger Zare, and a new work with original poetry by composer and poet Flannery Cunningham.
Performers include F-PLUS, a trio dedicated to establishing a repertoire for its unique instrumentation of violin, clarinet, and percussion, and Baltimore-based soprano Lisa Perry.
