A collaborative venture joins NoMI Kitchen's Executive Chef Edward Sura, Chef James Rigato from Mabel Gray and head Brewmaster Charles Penska of Leelanau Brewing in a journey through masterful culinary pairings.

NoMI Kitchen Executive Chef Edward Sura will craft a five course dinner to perfectly pair with Leelanau’s unique small-batch sour beers. Chef Sura will be joined by James Rigato, chef and owner of Michigan’s Mabel Gray. Throughout this intimate reception and dinner, attendees will be able to speak with these three experts and learn more about the art of Midwestern cuisine.
