Highlights of this lavish spread from Executive Chef Michael Zachman and team include a seafood station with prawns, king crab legs and oysters; a sushi and dim sum station; a carving station with free range turkey, slow roasted prime rib and cured royal ham; seasonal side dishes, such as squash ravioli, apple cider glazed root vegetables and bourbon soaked yams; and a children's "train stop" with kid-friendly bites.
