Get away to a fiesta of flavors, captured by traditional Mexican street food served in full festive fashion. Our private dining space will be transformed into a night street market featuring recipes under the culinary leadership of Cindy’s Chef de Cuisine Keith Potter alongside Executive Chef Brian Enyart of Dos Urban Cantina; Executive Chef Jonathan Zaragoza of Birrieria Zaragoza; Executive Chef Marcos Ascencio; and Executive Chef Parker Brown. Cindy’s Beverage Manager David Mor will be serving two custom cocktail creations using La Luna Mezcal.
The Lakehouse Dinner Series is a collaborative dinner series that captures the spirit of travel and leisure with all the comforts of home. Inspired by lake house dinner parties, each quarter Cindy’s hosts a new guest Chef to take on a different travel destination and cuisine. Hosted in the private dining room of Cindy’s (the Library), this ticketed event is reminiscent of a lavish dinner party among friends and family.
