Distilled from sugarcane juice, cachaça is the star of a classic summer sipper, the caipirinha. You will taste four cachaças and delve into how the spirit differs across regions. You will sample different sugars and muddle them, along with fresh berries and lime, into caipirinhas, Z Bar style.
