Unveiling the Flight of Butterflies

The Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum presents Flight of Butterflies, a unique exhibit sprinkled throughout Chicago. Local artists have brought 39 butterfly sculptures to life with stunning designs, each reflecting their connection to the natural world. Ten of these magnificent creations are perched along The Magnificent Mile, waiting to be discovered.

More than just art, a story unfolds 

Each butterfly is a testament to the artist's journey and their love for nature. This exhibit beautifully intertwines artistic expression with a call to action for wildlife conservation.

Embark on a magical adventure

Take a leisurely 30-minute stroll along The Magnificent Mile and seek out all 10 artistic butterflies.
